Teachers Alex, Sarah, and Laura had a blast leading Portland Outdoor Explorers’ first summer!

The past three months our Explorers have included both familiar and new faces. We adventured around Rose City Park, waged epic battles with foam swords, and stayed cool with water games here in our NE Portland community.

POE’s most popular summer camps were the Sword & Sorcery weeks. Explorers journeyed into a fantasy world where they forged foam swords, crafted magic wands, and developed role playing characters to defeat monsters and become true heroes.
