Family Cancellation
The following policies apply to programs. Single day cancellations within a program are not eligible for credit. Please still let us know if your participant will be unable to make it to any day of program! Otherwise we may contact you to check if they are attending.

One Month
A 100% credit will be applied to your account for any cancellations requested with at least 30-days notice.

Two Weeks
A 50% credit will be applied to your account for any cancellations requested with at least 14-days notice but less than 30-days notice.

 Less Than Two Weeks
We appreciate you letting us know that your participant will be unable to join us! However, any cancellations made with less than 14-days notice are ineligible for credit.

Company Cancellation
Any event cancelled by Portland Outdoor Explorers is subject to the following policy unless a more specific policy contradicts it:
A 100% credit will be applied to all accounts affected by any Company Cancellations. If requested, you will instead receive a 50% credit to your account and a 50% refund. Please include your preferred method of payment in your request.
