
If you haven’t signed up for April’s after school, full day, and special events, there’s no need to worry! It’s never too late to register. Simply click the link below to register for the days you need!

Now that spring is upon us, the weather is brightening up and we are looking forward to both a lot more fun in the sun and plenty of “April Showers.” We still ask that you equip your explorer(s) with weather-appropriate layers, and that all explorers have their own sunscreen. Optional sun-proof gear, such as hats and sunglasses, are also welcome!
Upcoming Events
Friday, April 3rd and Monday April 6th are both no school days for Portland Public Schools, and POE will open for full days of camp from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Registered participants will receive emails the day before with information on where to drop off, depending on the weather.
As always, we ask that explorers come equipped with the following required gear:
* A backpack
* Weather-appropriate layers
* Closed toed and heeled water proof shoes
* Sunscreen
* A refillable water bottle
* A hearty lunch
* Plenty of snacks

Friday, April 17th is our next Guardians’ Night Off event, featuring the animated film Osmosis Jones!
The event runs from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at our indoor location at Rose City Park United Methodist Church.
We’ll have a special meal planned along with snacks, drinks, and games.
Stuffies, blankets, pillows, and pajamas are are welcome!

Portland Outdoor Explorers is collaborating with Everybody’s Bodyworks to offer an exclusive discount for the friends and family of POE. Andi Gherard specializes in massage therapy for injury recovery, chronic pain, and relaxation in this hectic world.
They provide gender affirming care and trauma informed massage for all healing bodies.
They offer a fat positive and body neutral space for people to show up however they are. Each treatment is designed specially to meet your needs whatever your goals are.
The treatment space offers gender neutral bathrooms.
